Excellent hotel right in time square. The rooms are large and well cleaned and maintained. Breakfast was included in our rate and had a good selection. The only down side was the elevators in the morning, only one bank served our floor (7) and this was also used to bring people from the breakfast queue in the lobby to the reataurant on floor 5, we used the stairs most mornings to get to the lobby to register for breakfast, which was difficult with the stroller, i tried to exit at floor 5 to wait for my husband to register for breakfast and come up but you can't leave the stairs on floor 5 and they wouldn't let him register until i came down. This was a minor inconvenience, but a better system could be put in place to improve the breakfast experience.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very professional. It felt luxurious and was clean. We also had a nice view of the city from our room. The only thing that was not that great is that the bathroom door was a frosted glass sliding door and would not stay shut on its own.

Very convenient location for Times Square and Broadway theaters. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable although a little small. Would definitely stay there again if price was competitive.

The hotel itself was OK. No extra blankets or pillows available. The pillows were completely flat and I have never been to a hotel that provides one pillow per person. The mattress also was uncomfortable. Long lines for everything as well. We checked in online for a faster check in, but it didn’t do any good because we still had to wait in line to get keys and fill out more paperwork. They have a line to even ride the elevator. I also was completely embarrassed at breakfast when I was told I couldn’t take my breakfast up to my room to eat. I had my family eat at the restaurant breakfast, but my stomach wasn’t feeling very well so I wanted to eat it after my stomach medicine kicked in. The guy stopped and yelled at me in front of everyone and told me “no no no you can’t take that plate to go.” I have never been told I can take breakfast up to my room before. I won’t be staying here again.

My wife and I had a wonderful two-night stay. We saw a show and ate at several very good restaurants. The Hotel is right in the heart of the theater district, front desk very professional and courteous, the hotel was very clean, the room perfect.

Our experience at RIU was five star all the way. The staff was accommodating and courteous. The rooms were clean and inviting. The layout of the room was well thought out. Enough room for luggage, toiletries, and clothing. Added fridge, safe, and ironing board added to experience. We will be pack.

had a wonderful agent check us in and gave us a high floor with a fantastic view. we were able to check our backs and come back when our rooms were ready. bed was extremely comfy !! amazing location.

The hotel was very modern and clean and had a friendly staff. The breakfast was fantastic but allow plenty of time to get to the breakfast. First of all if you're on a high floor the elevator wait in the morning can be 15 minutes long, and then the breakfast line is at least 15 minutes long.
