Very poor customer service from hotel staff
The hotel look is grand but some of the staff at reception were rude to other clients in full view. The same applied at the pool side bar, there is a general lack of customer focus from the waiters they came across miserable. We sat outside the square for 10mins and no service was given. So we left. Overall a dire first impression and we would not stay there ever again.

Poor service
Paid for 4 days in a suit not once did they replenish condiments in room, ie coffee water which is supposedly to be done Dailey I had to ring to request it to be done and they only came once also it says there’s lots of English channels but we only had 3 news channels I rang reception to request a technician to come they said they would and I’m leaving today and there still hasn’t been anyone to come and fix this. We went half board for a 5 star hotel it was a nightmare all food stations were in a line and you had to Que therefor if you got something from one station by the time you Qued for the next one your food was freezing by the time got to sit down also waiting for someone to finally come over to take a drinks order such poor service I would definitely not recommend this hotel due to the service

Beautifully maintained, clean and tidy gardens, pool areas and communal areas indoors and outdoors. Peaceful but stayed outside of school holidays. Breakfast busy but pretty good variety of choices. Booked a basic Deluxe room which was a decent room but overlooking car park, I’m would like to think that if it wasn’t so busy they would have given me a better outlook.

Starting with the negative- kids in the jacuzzi jumping around doing cannonballs into it bumping into me and others and no apology parent didn’t care the kids then started was screaming at a spa hotel which is for relaxing!!!?? I would suggest a kids only section and a adult only section The towel pick up and drop off was only open once when I went there surly they can have a rack of towels and a drop off section ? The positive- clean, friendly staff, good location with excellent views,pet friendly ( Friendly cats on site), good selection on breakfast buffet, amazingly large cactus, looks fancy in pictures, nice pools, nice size room and bathroom with a good balcony size Would recommend overall
