During check-in the associate wasn't as welcoming as some places we stayed during our trip. She did the minimum as far as giving us information. For example, the ice machines are located on the 1st and 3rd floors only, and the first floor machine was out of order. That information would have been nice to know prior to us searching all over. In addition, the condition of the room was just ok. But it is on a college campus, so to be sure, there is a lot of partying going on there during football season and that's probably a little hard on the rooms.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful. Very accommodating and friendly. They did everything the could to make sure my stay was a good one. Our guest room was fine for our needs but is overdue for some physical improvements/renovations (clearly out of the control of the hard working staff).
