Excellent experience. My only comment is you must put a sign of your name right at the front of the building. We had trouble finding the building and we had to ask your neighbor Hyatt and he sent us next door to you. Hyatt, Confort Inn, Hampton Inn have their sign. Why don’t you do the same?

Good hotel for the price
Staff was excellent and the amenities were good (pools, above average fitness center, good breakfast). Place is in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint and new carpets. My only real complaint is they have Sunbeam low-flow shower heads. I took a way longer shower than I should have because I just couldn’t feel clean due to the nonexistent water pressure. Overall, a good hotel for the price.

We picked this hotel because it was pet /dog friendly and mid way to Fl and the price was appropriate. Front desk woman as we arrived was awesome. Friendly, competent and overall great. Morning guy was more interested in his phone than guests. Breakfast was hot, eggs, sausage and the make your own waffles. Machine worked perfectly. A very nice lady was on duty in the breakfast area. She kept tables cleaned and food stocked. Our room was first floor, clean with comfy sheets and beds. Shower had lots of hot water and very good water pressure. Environmentally, pretty good. Soap and codnditioner dispensers in the bath. Rooms locked as they should. Cute pool as you enter facility. Good value. Will stay again. $20.00 for dog. Recliner type chair in room. The only con was the not very friendly guy in the morning. That didn’t really matter, it was still a very good stay. Also, with hotels.com, I bought the insurance. Might have been a waste of money, but it made me feel good.

Great place but noisy
Chrck-in amd the room were great. My only complaint is that there was non-stop noise in the hallway. You could hear people talk, laughing and yelling all night. I did peek out at one point and there were several people in the hall hanging out with the front desk attendant. I wasnt able to sleep due to the commotion.

The staff that night we checked in was not very friendly didn't greet me when I came in seemed a bit irritated that they had to do any work. I was charged a pet fee which I was not aware of at all on hotels dot comit was not listed anywhere this was one of the reasons we booked this particular hotel. The refrigerator in the room did not work, there was trash behind the TV stand, Every time we turned the light switch off that was right inside the door For the main lights in the room,everything turned off in the room This included all lights the TV the refrigerator the coffee the heat. The coffee machine was filled with filthy water and all kinds of grit and grime it also didn't work when I tried to use it after cleaning it. The pillows even though there were 4 of them on my bed which was nice they were all terribly lumpy and uncomfortable the bed itself was very comfortable. Staff the next morning was friendly and the food area was very clean.
