The stay was great the staff were amazing!! There were other guests staying smoking week and playing loud music at the pool staff did nothing about it! Women in things not really a family place! Elevators were down and slow to get to us we had to wait 40 minutes to get up and down! Not good on the 12th floor with a 2 year old! In door pool water was cold and we could barely find towels when we got out!

It took us a day to figure out the property, best elevator to take, parking, etc. would have loved to have a dishwasher, but we managed šŸ˜. It would have been great to have a water spigot at the shower coming in from the beach to make it easier to wash our feet off. FYI, we are handicapped and was disappointed that bikes and cars without handicap placards or plates used handicap spots. This needs to be policed better. Thank you for the opportunity to send you our thoughts. Would definitely stay here again

Wouldn't stay again

Shower had mold in it. Toilet handle hanging out of top. No trash cans in room. No locks on door, had to prop a chair behind it for security. Checkout morning at 1030 an employee knocked and opened the door to c if we was checking out. We could been nude anything. The bar was closed by 7pm.
