Not what I expected!!!

I wanted to give this place a 10+ but after our weekend, I could only give this a 4.5. It was too much dust on the paintings, too many hair strands in the shower tub that wasn’t ours. The pillows had brown stains on them. The coffee tea maker was nasty and dirty. Forget about trying to sleep in because there were movers or other people moving things around at 7:30 9:00 in the morning. How to drink at the bar and I thought it was a virgin because I didn’t taste any alcohol, but as it seems, the bartender & a few others were drinking behind the bar so maybe that’s where the alcohol went for my drink. I advised that it was our anniversary and no type of anything was a surprise. Someone called to confirm our stay and to receive additional information about our stay, I called back 3 times, no one answered or called back after I left a message. It’s not what I expected.
Stains on pillow. Not sure if it were from the headboard but still NO EXCUSE.

This hotel was nice, but it's definitely not a 4 star hotel. This was a 3 star hotel. The food amenities were lacking for 4 stars, but on par with 3. No one came to clean rooms, I feel like the small details for cleaning were definitely overlooked. All in all, it was a good stay, but not great.

I thought I had booked a suite with a jetted tub and a separate shower and the room I got had only a tiny shower that was malfunctioning and had no hot water. The property was nice and quaint with a beautiful but obstructed view of the beach and ocean off the balcony. Although the condo was nice the furniture was a little dated. Also the walls are very thin. The first night there was some women having a girls night next door and we could hear their conversations very clear. Also when we were sitting on the couch watching tv my wife saw roach crawling on me. I also had to kill one the next morning. The water was not hot for long in the shower. Overall it was a decent place to stay. I wish the continental breakfast had more to offer but we found good places to eat breakfast on the island. The bed was comfortable and clean. Overall we would stay here again minus the bugs.

It’s a nice property but it needs a fresh coat of paint. Spacious room. Great bar. They did offer breakfast, nice gesture, but Kuerig coffee, pop tarts, drakes coffee cake. Insulting for a hotel of this caliber. Staff was very nice.

When we had an issue, the General Manager, Matt, was very accommodating; having g the restaurant on site is a really nice option, our server, Amanda, was friendly and fantastic, and knowledgeable, as was Stevie!
