Needs Work
A plumbing issue affecting the entire hotel resulted in no water for a full day and into the evening. The staff were suitably apologetic but I suspect lack of preventative maintenance was a factor in the failure. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable but common areas need renovation. Hallway carpets were very grimy. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, so I wish I could provide a more positive review but I try to be accurate.

Did not get what we paid for
We specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds and specifically chose this hotel because it advertised 2 queen beds. Instead, we got 1 queen bed and a very uncomfortable, way too small sofa bed. Not happy with the bait and switch at all.

Don’t stay here…
Woman arrested by RCMP seen in the lobby, power outage so no hot water ( was just the hotel w no power so their own issue) and in room coffee was not filled when maids came in. Basic amenities like security, hot water and coffee not even provided. Will never stay here again.

Comfortable bed. Stay was fine.
Could have been cleaner. (Floor and under headboard on bed) Room was right near lobby, so it was noisy. This is not the hotels fault. People need to be more considerate, and stop being so loud. Mini fridge and microwave were handy.
