This place is fine. The location in Paonia couldn’t be better, walkable to everywhere in town. We only met the housekeeper and she was super friendly, the room was really clean, and I appreciated the commitment to waste reduction with the shampoo/soap dispensers, refillable water bottle, & ceramic cups. Blackout curtains would make the room perfect. The bed was like a big marshmallow. Room has fridge!

Stay was good. Internet was very slow in the room and made it hard to get work done in the evening. If you are looking for a quiet night and good sleep this is the spot. Side note: Verizon coverage in Paonia is non existent.

Looked like an older motel outside but was pleasantly surprised to see a completely updated standard room inside. A relaxing courtyard too. Everything needed was there and it was in walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. John in the office was very personable and helpful. Wi-fi was spotty.

I loved this property and hope to stay here again. It’s not far from Estes Park or the Rocky Mountain’s. It’s incredibly quiet and the room is very cozy. The shower was amazing and so was the smart tv!

Excellent. This was my second time in the area and first time staying here. I will return. Staff was super friendly. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, and linens are wonderful! My dog was comfortable too!

What a gem! Dog-friendly, cozy and comfortable suite with everything I needed. The staff were wonderful, and the outdoor seating areas were beautiful and well thought out. I was very happy with my stay here.

Nice property, especially for such a small town. Excellent cleanliness, great room. I never met the staff because of the hours they are open. But everything was ready for my arrival. Noisy neighborhood at 6 am. Hot Rod across the street started up and warmed up and woke me up on a Sunday. Not sure if it was one of the guest or a resident. Rooms 20-24 would be the ones with the most noise as the parking is next to building or neighbors. Worth the price. I would stay there again.

Our second stay and we were very happy with the management and staff (John and Ana) and the beautifully kept grounds, very nice and peaceful garden and new, very clean rooms and well equipped!! Thank you again and we will return!!
