The first room the tv didn't work. Everything was unplugged, after I plugged everything in, it still would not work. We were moved to 2 more rooms before getting a working tv and even then they let us borrow their parlor tv remote. Hotels with no working tv in the rooms? Swimming pool was empty and full of trash. Rooms were clean. We had the distinction of being the only visitors in a three story hotel. Will not return.

The outside of the hotel didn't look very attractive. The lawn and flower beds were over grown. The inside was much better. The lobby was clean and so was our room. The morning coffee was great! The young lady at the reception desk was friendly.

They had no hot water running they keep saying they were fixing it but notging i had a 2 day stay we had to shower with extremely cold water and they did nothing to compensate me and my family. They also had cockroaches in the room especially in the restroom. We were also very disappointed they did not have the pool in good condition like they have in the pictures it had no maintenance completely unusable.This was the worst stay i have ever been too. I highly NOT recommended this place.

Not taken care of and Run Down

Hotel was not dirty but not clean. Everything was worn out and not in good condition. The outside was horrible. The building was covered with mold and the pool was infested with mold, frogs and other bugs. The room was not so dirty that you could not sleep but not nice and clean either. The whole place had a bad smell. I would pass on this hotel.

It was terrible. I walked in my room and roaches everywhere. I felt uncomfortable being the only one in the hotel, but staff told me there was an officer staying and gave me his room number which I’m sure is against privacy but there were no vehicles. I am beyond disappointed with our experience at this hotel. We had booked two rooms, and both were absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the place was nothing like what was advertised. The bedding in both rooms had visible stains on the pillows and sheets, which was disgusting and completely unsanitary. To make things worse, several of the lamps didn’t work, leaving the rooms dim and feeling neglected. The staff was unfriendly and completely unhelpful. When it was time to check out, we couldn’t even find anyone at the front desk. We waited and searched around with no one in sight — it was like the place was just running itself with no accountability. And then there was the pool, which was an absolute disgrace. It was filthy, poorly maintained, and looked more like a swamp than something a guest should feel safe using. It was clear no one had taken the time to clean or care for it in a long time. The most frustrating part of all this is that the pictures online were incredibly deceiving. They showed clean, modern rooms and a sparkling pool — a complete misrepresentation of the actual conditions. This was a major letdown, and I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a waste of money and a terrible experience from start to finish.

The breakfast center was not open, there was no hot water and the TV did not work. In the morning as I left there was no one at the front desk to tell me about breakfast (it was truly unmanned).
