My wife had 3 appointments at Mayo clinic so on a whim, we got a room. Dana was so nice to accomodate us since it was early in the morning. I nice hotel for someone or a family being treated at the Phoenix Mayo Clinic. The front desk staff was average due to them yelling and and joking. They have very little training when compared to nicer hotels. Could definitely improve front desk customer service. There was construction going on during our stay which made getting around challenging. For the money of $325 which included taxes, I would say it was way overpriced. Only because it was the closest hotel to Mayo would I recommend staying there for this price. Average hotel, awesome location next to the hospital. Mayo’s staff volunteered to bring my wife to the hotel on one of their hot carts. The hotel staff never even considered asking or offering. Just a young, untrained staff. Marriott, you can do better.
