Very friendly check in staff, offered us a bottle of wine, gave us all the options for visiting the local rec center & transportation. The hotel is undergoing renovations, the room was comfortable and clean, carpet was a bit worn. The bed was comfortable.

Amazing location, great skiing location for kids. This is the Aspen location with the ski school. Walking out to lifts is amazing. Great shuttle bus to airport and to downtown.

The hotel was nice but the heater did not work, it was 11 degrees outside and we could not sleep because the heater was not working and the room was at 60 degrees. The windows also were old so cold air would come in.
