Check in was quick and easy, the room was nice and clean. The only complaint I had was the peep hole cover did not stay over the peep hole, so I ended up putting paper in it to ensure privacy. Outside of that service and everything else about the hotel was excellent.

This is the only place we will stay when we visit DFW.The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the beds are so comfortable. We would not think of ever staying anywhere else.

Check in was fast and front desk employee was welcoming. From the exterior and lobby decor. I expected room to be nicer. Feels like they cut corners in the rooms themselves. Bed was firmer than I like. Also need more tv channels. Appreciate the microwave and fridge in the room
