Check in took forever, ending up putting 2 incidental charges on our card, ( still pending). Water pressure was terrible, among other plumbing issues. When i told the front desk person about the issues, was basically dismissed.

This hotel is new so it was super clean, very modern. The rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly . Its located close to many resturants so there is a good variety of places to eat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Are stay was good it is my husband and I 17th anniversary and we just wanted to Literally Netflix and chill. The room was nice bed was comfortable the only thing we didn’t like was the smart tv wouldn’t connect so we couldn’t watch the movies we had bought.

I have statues and worked at hotels before and this is by far one of the best I have ever stayed at. Clean but didn’t smell of chemicals, the front desk was amazing, and the pool was fantastic!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with good breakfast. It had a modern decor and it looked new. The room was spacious with a big screen tv. Bed and pillows comfortable. I didn’t give it five stars because of the following reasons: you could hear the steps from the room upstairs, so the walls (or roofs/floors) are very thin; there was a noise coming from inside the walls at night; the room was too warm even though we adjusted the thermostat; and finally the pancakes machine was down during our two-night stay. Other than that it is a good hotel. I recommend wearing earplugs to sleep.

The pool was closed. Juice machine and waffle maker were broken at breakfast. Very disappointing and they never offered to compensate for half of the hotel being broken. Way too much money for the amenities to be unavailable.
