Trendy hotel, but very noisy
Hotel is trendy and tastefully decorated. Staff are friendly. Sauna and cold plunge pool on the roof are fantastic, we used them every day. The negative is it is very noisy from nearby bars, the price you pay for the great location. They make this clear to you on check-in and provide ear plugs and a white noise machine in your room. This just about drowns out the beat of the music. We were in a room at the front of the hotel, we were told by another guest that the rear is quieter, so request that!

Great stay. Nice clean room with great air conditioning and a great private feeling balcony. The pool area well maintained and was a great break from the heat. Solid breakfast included and was dropped off at the room in the morning. Had no problem checking out at 630am to get to early flight and when we discovered the city was closed to cars for a race, Benjamin at the front desk helped us bring our bags about 0.5km to get out of the walled area. Highly recommend.

Very cute hotel in a great area
We had a great stay - the location of the hotel is perfect, the rooms are cute, and the roof is really nice (good bar, hot tub, cold plunge and sauna). We felt safe in the area, but we were not out past 9/10pm. The only two things to note are 1) the bathroom is not blocked off from the room the sink and shower are very much kind of in the center of the room (but still semi private) and 2) the neighborhood has a ton of night life so you will hear some loud music, it was nothing we couldn’t sleep through ultimately - note we were not there over a weekend so cannot speak to how much louder it gets

Absolutely loved the place. The jacuzzi with the view of Medellin, the sauna and cold plunge were top notch! The room were adorably decorated, we stayed on second floor and as we were warned about the noise we realized it wa syrupy minimum. We will go back!

The customer service was great, the place was clean, great location and the room was nicely decorated. We were told about the noise in the area and they even told us that if after one night we didn't want to stay, they understood and there would be no penalty. In a great, walkable area. Felt safe - there was security at the hotel and someone at the front 24/7. Room was beautiful - great shower and comfortable space. Not a ton of space to hang clothes, but made it work. The front desk warned me that it may be noisy due to surrounding bars and street noise. However, the hotel provided earplugs and a white noise machine. I found any noise to be minimal and the white noise machine was a thoughtful touch. There are some great cafes for breakfast and coffees located next to the hotel, along with a pharmacy/convenience store across the street. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Great value.
