GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!!!
Julia and Hillary are awesome! We were evacuating for Hurricane Milton and they were so helpful during this stressful time. The suite was so nice. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can walk to the Publix, Target, and Panera. All the staff were very helpful. I definitely will be staying at StayAPT Suites in the future.

Horrible management
The general manager was beyond rude and disrespectful. The entire state threatened to have us kicked out when we were not the problem refused to have somebody clean our room when When there was sand all over the floor we stayed for a week and a half and had no clean linens no clean towels we had to wash our our own towels

Excellent stay
I happened to stay at a stayAPT property in Tennessee a few weeks prior to this stay and both were excellent. Not only reasonable, but very spacious and clean. They are pet friendly too and has plenty of areas outside with waste bags available. If you are looking for a property that offers 24/7 front desk availability, this is not that. It is more apartment style living with set hours for the front desk. But they were very accomodating when I arrived after the desk was closing. Kristen and Julia were great as well as the housekeeping staff. They are all doing a great job. Thank you!

The rooms are like small studio apartments. Well designed and brand new! So new, my room still smelled like paint. One issue was that the floor did not seem to have been swept Bedding could be more comfortable. Also, one of the pillows smelled like scalp sweat (?) That was weird. Aside from these issues, the place was spotless. . Overall, good experience. The hotel is located right outside of a shopping center (target and other retailers) and is a swift 15-20 min drive to the seafront.

Property is really nice and spacious. It’s very convenient if you want to cook or just go out to eat. I love the two tv monitor in each room. I would definitely be back with my family and friends. Will probably have my family reunion gathering stay at this property. I really enjoyed it!!

WHAT I LIKED: gives nice apartment vibes. was very quiet. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: had to call to get dishwasher turned on. should’ve been on before we even got there. had to call for help EVERY SINGLE TIME we needed something because nobody was at the desk EVEN DURING office hours. sheets had animal hair all over it. the top grey cover looked like it had food or dried throw up left on it like neither one of them had been washed. very disappointing! when we got there we couldn’t stay in the room we BOOKED because THEIR elevator was broken which was not our problem at all. their wifi was down for two days and we did the pay at property so they could’ve let us know what was going on just in case we didn’t want to stay there because of those reasonings because like most hotels they just want the money. not going to lie i more than likely won’t be back!
