Kleine Auszeit

Die Lage des Hoteks ist sehr zentral. Das Frühstück war ganz ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer hatte ausreichend Platz. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Bad gepflegt, aber in die Jahre gekommen, der Wasserdruck der Dusche leider zu gering.

Net hotel in centrum

Snelle incheckservice, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Onvoldoende parkeerplaatsen. Badkamer wat aan de krappe kant. Lekkere bedden. Bar ging op zaterdag al rond 2400 uur sluiten ondanks dat er geen eindtijd bij de openingstijden stond. In het algemeen een plezierig verblijf gehad.

Oud en totaal overprijsd

Wij zijn een lang weekend naar Willingen geweest, was lastig een hotel te vinden. Uiteindelijk bij dit hotel beland. Op papier is het een 4* hotel maar dat was ooit. Kamers zijn sterk verouderd, hele interieur eigenlijk. Jaren 70 sommige stukken nog ouder. Ondanks dat het personeel zijn best deed vind ik de prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet kloppen. De sauna was wel goed en erg warm.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter. Man versucht ein sehr vornehmes Niveau zu haben, welches allerdings nicht zu dem Hotel passt. Man fühlt sich eher wie in einem alten umgebauten Haus als in einem "noblen" Hotel. Frühstück ist sehr sehr gut, ausser der Cappuccino, welcher mit wässrigem Filterkaffee statt mit einem Espresso zubereitet wurde.

Sehr nettes Personal. Jeder war bemüht auf meine Wünsche einzugehen. Obwohl das Hotel zentral gelegen ist, konnte ich, auch aufgrund der schönen Vital Oase wuderbar entspannen. Ich würde wieder dort hinfahren.

Traditionelles Hotel im Zentrum von Willingen

Das Hotel hat soweit den Angaben entsprochen, nur können wir die familienfreundlichkeit nicht ganz bestätigen, da lässt sich in puncto Einrichtung und Service einiges verbessern. Das liegt sicherlich auch an der unangenehmen Überraschung beim Check in, da zu dem uns angegeben Gesamtpreis über Expedia dann doch noch jew. 20,00 EUR pro Kind hinzugerechnet wurden . Ich bin darüber immer noch verärgert x denn wenn ein Gesamtpreis angegeben wird dann sollte dieser auch alles "gesamt "beinhalten oder auf einen separaten kinderzuschlag hingewiesen werden, da wir die Personenzahl ja konkret mit altersangabe angegeben haben. Ob es an Expedia oder dem Hotel liegt , kann ich nicht beurteilen aber es bleibt ein fader Beigeschmack und ich werde zukünftig bei Buchungen wohl seperat bei dem Hotel nachhören .
