The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the pool looked cool. Besides that, the rest of the hotel was only ok. There was pretty much no room cleaning service, which I actually usually prefer, but in this case I would have preferred to have my waste can emptied daily since you weren't supposed to throw toilet paper down the toilet (this may be a Buzios-wide limitation). Location was good for me since I had a conference at the nearby conference center, but this place isn't close to the city center of beaches.

Hotel has modern design and was updated recently, I thought it was cool. However, the rooms are very basic and were loud - these are the only two real complaints. For the price and given the surrounding hotels in the Buzios area, I think this is a great hotel option. Staff was very nice and helpful - we could only speak English or Spanish and there was always someone there to help. Breakfast was good. Close to centro - probably about a 5-8 minute walk, but if you want to walk along the water, it's more like 15 minutes. Pool area is stylish - good hangout area.

Was very nice and quiet, beautiful grounds, staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was pretty central, but without a car it's a little bit of a walk, but nothing too far.

Room was disapointingly small, but reasonable position in the resort, can walk to new or old town, staff excellent and extremely helpful, swimmingpool is just for lazing in - can't swim in it too small, breakfast very good

It's walking distance from downtown and all the beaches- which is great. it's a quaint little spot and it definitely gets the job done for what you're paying. The room had that moldy/musty feel to it, and there's a lot of outdoor noise but if you can get past that, it's definitely a great stay. There are, however, a ton of other beautiful looking hotels in the area (thats pretty much all there is in buzios), so definitely do your research.

Fiz uma reserva de última hora, para comemorar meu aniversário.Já esperava o preço alto, mas as fotos da pousada pareciam compensar. A localização nao é das melhores, meio distante das praias e da rua das pedras. Chegamos à noite e fomos recepcionados pela ótima Vivian, com sua simpatia e profissionalismo. Logo notei que as fotos no site não condizem com a realidade. A pousada precisa de manutenção em pequenos detalhes: manchas de infiltração nas paredes do quarto, tomada com fios aparentes, rejunte no chão e piso do banheiro, falta uma prateleira no box para colocarmos os itens de banho. Na área externa, havia teias de aranha nas luminárias e a piscina estava com a água turva, que nao nos animou a entrar nela. Uma pena ,pois o espaço e o atendimento sao muito bons.

O atendimento de fato é diferenciado, tudo q solicitei foi atendido, entrei e o quarto estava com infiltração na parede do ar condicionado, e fizeram a troca pra um quarto legal na hora. As áreas comuns da pousada são bem legais, pena estarem desgastadas com o tempo. A pousada tem tudo pra ser legal, só tá faltando reformas e cuidado. Mas achei que o custo benefício não vale pq paguei quase 700 reais por um quarto muito simples.

Durante a nossa estadia foi atendido a nossa solicitação para o check-out tardio. Porém a organização do hotel deixou a desejar. Durante café da manhã não havia talheres para consumos dos alimentos. O chuveiro do quarto era péssimo e sem pressão de água, além de muita sujeira nos cantos do box; o ar condicionado não dava vazão para refrigeração do quarto.

Nossa estadia foi incrível, todos do hotel sempre estavam prontos para nos auxiliar em tudo que precisamos. Súper recomendamos. Foi simplesmente perfeito, quarto está impecável, café da manhã servido no jardim, perfeito, com uma grande variedade de comida. Piscina linda, da para aproveitar ta do de dia quanto a noite.não temos palavras para descrever nossos dias no hotel. A pousada é agradável, porém o café da manhã não tinha funcionários para limpar as mesas para o próximo hóspede , não tinha copos e talheres suficientes tinha que aguardar, funcionários mal humorados e não tinha reposição de vários itens e pouca variedade...
