Really painful and cumbersome experience with the personnel at the reception, be it for check-in, when asking for some coffee, when joining for breakfast, when asking for some water, with unpleasant and regular asks for additional payments for each, and every single request, making us feel like if we were thieves.
I never had such a bad experience and the way we have been treated was not correct. Despite I have proposed to pay the entire stay right from check-in (proposal discarded), despite an amount of money was blocked on hotel.com, we have been chased during four days to pay, to pay, to pay, without minimum consideration.
It’s a pity, otherwise the hotel is fine.
But really there is something to do urgently on how to welcome customers and how to make them feel happy to stay there, by more professional, more convenient, and smoother ways of dealing with invoicing.
