No parking available. Incredibly slow check-in. Another couple then let themselves into our room! Manager wanted to know why we were in there and when we had checked in. Keys clearly work on multiple rooms. We left as we felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Manager stated we had been given the wrong room, but said in such a way it felt as though it was our fault. Contacted the hotel twice regarding refund as we then had to find alternative accommodation at our own cost. No response at all. They also ignored hotels.com who we had booked through. Avoid at all costs.
