Stayed here for a concert at the O2 Academy. Free parking was a bonus and an easy walk to the Academy. Room well equipped cleaned spacious. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

My friend and I had a fairly large room on the first floor which we appreciated it well. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was available. I gave only 2-star rate on the property because there was a problem with the shower tap. It was continuously dripping all night after had shower. We were unable to turn off the tap even after we asked for help from the front desk. The lady came to see us and offered us another room. But we were already settled as it was already late at night at the time. So we remained in the room and slept comfortably all night. Both my friend and I were tired. Woke up refreshed ☺️ . The location is perfect for an overnight stay. It is 10mins by bus to Bournemouth town centre and the seafront. Bus stop is right infront of the hotel. Thank you for the accommodation.

There was nothing to do at the hotel. The bar/restaurant is closed fully for foreseeable future. Only the hotel part is working. Parking was easy however aircon in room not working. Was supplied fan and an oil heater if required. Room was clean and conformable. This is place to basically stop over.

Have stayed here twice before as we enjoyed pub and location. We booked for friends and were only informed on arrival that the pub had shut down .We were told we were not contacted because we did not book breakfast. At time of writing pub is still being advertised on their own website.

Obviously an ex-Premierinn hotel, so all the comforts like the great beds. AC in the rooms and a great breakfast. Really good value for money and a short walk to the lovely beach!
