Everything was excellent: clean, cool, spacious, easy accessibility, and great location. The staff responded quickly and professionally to my questions. Stayed on the line with me to walk me through the entry process (bc I need hand-holding; you likely won’t need it.). I highly recommend this place!

Whomever is the cleaner with this place needs to fired - dust everywhere, under the bed there was a few layers of dust , garbage , hair - big picture of a D&ck on a table with dust - old McDonalds food in a cupboard! I have pics of all of this if anyone needs - I did address this with management, but nothing further was discussed. Will never recommend nor stay there again !

Great location, very nice size hotel with a separate room. Was very cool how tall it felt and having a lot of space for the price. A very good value. Just be aware that it's cheaper to park at the lot just down the street, that has an EV charger as well if you need.

If 3 people stay in a room with one double bed and a sofa bed, keep in mind that the hotel does not provide sheets for the sofa bed. Only a blanket and one small pillow, which we eventually gfound in a closet. We expected more.

We travel to Duluth often and unfortunately will not be visiting this property again. Location is a plus, within walking distance to many attractions. Our room was very disappointing. First, it smelled, smoke and must. It was not clean: dust on the end tables, hair on tables and in the shower, slimy brown gobs on the shower curtain, and a random Bobby pin on the carpet. We also booked a room for 3 people: one adult and two kids. The room was a queen and a sofa bed. There were no sheets for the sofa bed. We tried messaging the property two different ways with no response. My son ended up sleeping with a provided blanket and pillow, on a leather couch. We won’t return or recommend.

Great location! Two theatres, a brewery tasting room, the casino, and the lake walk are all within a block or two. My room had a wonderful view of the lake and the lift bridge. I had some issues with the bedroom TV (had to create a Samsung account to watch anything) and it would be nice to have the coffee station refreshed if you stay more than a day.
