Jun 11, 2026Great stay, walking distance to Shakespeare's family home and lots of restaurants and shops. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms spotless and look brand new. Staff exceptional, they were so kind. It was my daughter's birthday, they made my kids hot chocolate free of charge.

Sep 27, 2025The tv remote didn’t work. Carpets were stained and perpetual trash at the front door that staff was not concerned over. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but I wouldn’t recommend it

Sep 23, 2026Gostamos do hotel e voltaríamos com certeza. Única reclamação é quanto ao elevador que não funcionava, portanto se tiver malas grandes terá que subir escadas até a recepção
