No heater in march, at 10 degrees or less. We were freezing at nights. There was no one at the reception when we first got to the place. We waited for nore then 30mins. Good location near metro. Thats all you get a good location.

Feel like its your home.
Simple, but as there are not an front desk 24hs, some ones may not like. For me was very nice experience, as Im feel like was my home. Stay with the keys all the time, and the front door, the entrance, and room copys. You can go and back as are yours. The breakfest was very simple, but tasty... and I have some pictures to live here.

Furchtbar! 1. Nacht doppelt verbucht! Zimmer : Fernseher hat keinen Empfang. Wasserkocher erst auf Nachfrage, ohne Kaffee und ohne Anschlussmöglichkeiten. Bad über den Flur. Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse gut, aber war grundsätzlich nicht zum gemeinsam vereinbarten Zeitpunkt fertig. Die Wohnung, die drei Gästezimmer enthielt, stank nach frischem Rauch, doch die Chefin hatte keine Ahnung, woher das kam. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, doch fehlte ab dem 2. Tag ein Handtuch und wurde auch nicht ersetzt. Vom Tisch wurde etwas entfernt, was unser Eigentum und kein Müll war. Begründung der Chefin: das ist meine Aufgabe. Fazit: super gelegen, aber ich würde dieser Unterkunft jede Jugendherberge vorziehen.

Просто были в Риме
Отдыхала с сыном и с мужем с 04.03.2016 по 08.03.2016 Если вы не привередливы, то в принципе для переночевать подойдёт , но предупреждаю сразу, окна выходят на дорогу, и если вы спите очень чувствительно , то вам вряд ли будет приятно слушать шум на окном. В отеле курят. Завтракали в кафе за углом, кофе и выпечка, это входило в стоимость номера. Мы не жалеем что остановились в этом отеле, но если ещё раз приедем в Рим , то там останавливаться не будем, хотя есть русскоговорящая хозяйка, которая всегда готова была ответить на любые вопросы и помочь в любой ситуации. Место расположение нам понравилось, рядом метро, хотя мы на нем только до моря с'ездили, а так весь исторический Рим пешком проходили, на соседней улице музей Ватикана , рядом много разных кафешек и пиццерий. Впячетления от просмотра Рима перевесили все недостатки, которых было чуть-чуть. Кстати для тех кто ещё не был в Риме , в последнее воскресенье месяца вход в музеи бесплатные!!!!

Muito fraco.
O espaço era o aproveitamento de um apartamento. De início, chegámos lá e não tínhamos reserva. Foi cancelada. Recordo que a taxa de ocupação e o pequeno-almoço estavam incluídos. Como cancelaram a reserva, não me enviaram documento nenhum, apesar de ter pedido o e-mail (via telefone deram-nos um falso), não recebi a confirmação da reserva. Chegados lá, como tinha a reserva cancelada, pediram-nos o valor da taxa, por noite, por pessoa. O quarto não tinha casa de banho e foi improvisado um espaço minúsculo, interior, sem janela. A cama era um sofá cama e mais um divã. Não tinham espaço para servir o pequeno-almoço (servido num café próximo). Ao domingo,o café estava fechado, pelo que foi servido no balcão da entrada e de pé. Não contente com a situação, saímos um dia antes, tendo passado a noite noutro hotel.

Lage top - sonst ein Flop!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Die Lage ist für Ausflüge (Kurzaufenthalt) wirklich super, das Zimmer war gross, aber nicht ganz sauber (staubig!). Das Zimmer mit Bad Ensuite war ein Zimmer mit Bad am Gang (auch wenn das Bad nur für uns war). Wir waren Ende November für ein Wochenende da - und es wurde nicht geheizt bzw. die Heizung wieder abgedreht - wir haben 2 Nächte wirklich gefroren. Das "große" Frühstück war ein Kaffee, ein kleiner Orangensaft und ein Rosinenbrötchen. Und auch das gab es nur am ersten morgen. Am zweiten morgen war niemand anwesend. Auch am Abend war niemand anwesend, wir versuchten tel. zu reklamieren (auch schon abends wegen der Heizung weil es ja wieder kalt war) - es läutete aber nur das Telefon an der "Rezeption" (kleines Tischchen im Gangbereich) - und da war ja niemand. Somit gab es am 2. Morgen kein Frühstück, auch für den 'Check-out war niemand da. Wir haben Briefe hinterlassen und auch eine Beschwerde an Expedia geschrieben, vom Hotel kam nichts, von Expedia warten wir noch auf eine Antwort. Das war ein Horrorwochenende - uns war nur kalt, kein Frühstück - und auch weitere Kleinigkeiten (wie ... kein WC Papier) haben uns diese Riese wirklich verdorben - nicht mal geschenkt möchten wir da nochmal hin - zumindest nicht im Winter!
