2/10 Poor

Brass Bells provided no information in advance about how to check in. When we arrived at the building, which is a huge apartment tower, there was no signage or any way to find someone to help. We passed a small dark unmarked office, but no one was inside. Eventually, someone from a nearby shop offered to go find someone to help. A young man came after about 5 minutes, who said he was from Brass Bells and took us to the office room we had passed earlier.

There’s is no communication with the reception , the apartment is in a different building then the reception. I was lost it took me 1 hour to find the place and contact someone and then I got stuck in the elevator and had to scream for help . There is no where on the reservation where it stats the office is at a diff place , no place to contact anyone not even on Expedia
