There’s is no communication with the reception , the apartment is in a different building then the reception. I was lost it took me 1 hour to find the place and contact someone and then I got stuck in the elevator and had to scream for help . There is no where on the reservation where it stats the office is at a diff place , no place to contact anyone not even on Expedia
