This was really a lovely property managed by the Hotel Intercontinental in Prague. The location was great. 10 minutes walking to anywhere. The staff was amazing. I was checked in in less than 3 minutes. The apartment was in pristine condition with a lovely interior.
There is plenty of storage space and closets, and in-room safe, full room service menu 24 hours a day, on-site spa and sport facility (pool, gym, etc.)
I had some spa treatments which were fantastic.
The kitchen was perfect and had everything for serving 4 plus cookware. There was a cook top, oven, large fridge, microwave, and even a tiny dishwasher, which was nice.
I appreciated the washing machine and dryer I(down the hall) and especially the security locks on the doors: an actual chain lock, dead bolt and button lock. I felt secure.
The apartment was incredibly quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
My only minor complaints were: (1) no dish soap in the kitchen - just dishwasher tabs; (2) drain plug did not work in the bathtub and the water kept draining out; (3) the sink in the bathroom did not drain very well; (4) in the afternoon, a nearby school released the children and they were often excessively noisy (only a problem if the windows are open).
Some reviewers complained about the "open wall" in the unit. It is an interesting design choice but, yes there is a pass through from the master bedroom to the living room, i.e., and "open wall." It didn't bother me but I was alone.
