Upset with both the hotel & hotels.com. booked a night March 23-24. Hotel said i couldnt check in til the 24th. Had to pay for another room for the night i needed and im out $70+. I will not be using that hotel or hotels.com again!!

Not terrible for a cheap price but could be better
Only one light in the room worked the bathroom light flickered on and off were relentlessly. There was no working television no outlets on the one wall worked at all only one outlet at the nightstand worked along with that only light and the refrigerator also was not very cold and a little bit leaking

Nasty and not clean
Didn’t even stay. The outside of the motel was enough to tell us what we needed to know but checked in, got to our room. Nasty. Painted over stains on the walls, clumps of hair on the blankets, yellow stains on the sheets, signs of bed bugs. Still working on getting a refund and had to travel an hour to find another available hot.

Mostly good
The room that I had this last looked like no one had taken the time to clean it properly in a very long time. Microwave and the furniture was All Dusty I actually had to wipe everything down before I could even start to relax. The floor looks like it hasn't been vacuumed since who knows when. . When I stay in the motel room before I check out o always strp the beds in the room completely because I know have been in motels where you could tell the sheets had not been charged. I don't care if I get a room with two beds and I don't sleep or use the other one the housekeeping staff should always strip them both and take all linen out of the room and restock with everything being clean and the sheets on the bed were the wrong size for the bed I had to keep fixing them so I could get sleep. But this is the only time I have ever had a bad experience with a dirty room there. I still will rent a room from them it's not far from where I stay so it's convenient for me and all my friends are around the area that it's located.
