I stayed at Staybridge Suites in Tomball, TX, and the experience was terrible. I booked a large room, but it was 85 degrees due to a broken AC. After reporting it, we were moved to a much smaller room with no apology, compensation, or price adjustment.
In a separate room, my girlfriend and infant son found a jumping beetle in the bed. We were moved again — this time at 1am — having to pack everything and relocate with our baby.
The night desk clerk was polite and somewhat helpful, assuring us the manager would be in the morning. But instead of a manager, we were met with a woman who appeared to be under the influence, which was alarming and unprofessional.
I paid for the Staybridge experience and instead got something resembling a run-down motel. No accountability, no solutions. I left feeling disrespected and extremely dissatisfied. I won't be returning, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone expecting comfort, cleanliness, or basic service.
