The overall experience was not good I checked in on Friday and checked out Sunday which is today and I haven’t had any hot water it was warm Friday and Saturday and cold on Sunday. Also I had no clean wash cloths until Saturday evening only one wash cloth was in my room. I only had hand soap and shampoo and conditioner in my shower no body wash so there were two hand soaps no body wash I asked the housekeeper if I can get a body wash she said no.
