The general director and staff were incredible. Very professional and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and were taken care of during the storm. We would stay there again if we come back to JEJU Island.

Our family enjoyed our first trip to Jeju Island and our stay & accommodations at Bayhill made our visit that much more memorable. The Hill Suite was gorgeous and quite spacious for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the rooms each had their own bathrooms which made it very convenient. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. 9/10 - have already recommended the resort to our friends.

Bayhill Villas are the nicest hotel property we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was exceptional - the staff, accommodation, attention to detail. The Honeymoon Villa comes equipped with a private pool and Karaoke room in the villa which was so much fun. The Esthederm spa on-site provided one of the best massages that we’ve had. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Jeju!
