Not dog friendly
I had to pay an additional $100 fee for my Yorkshire terrier, which I didn’t mind except for the fact that there was not a dog park available and it was not very dog friendly. I was not allowed to get a cup of coffee because I had my dog with me. I could not understand not taking the dog into the actual breakfast area where food is, but couldn’t understand why I couldn’t get a cup of coffee from the coffee bar that was separate from where the food was. I asked where the dog area was so I could take my dog to go potty and was told that they don’t have one, but just to make sure I picked up after my dog.

Family Friendly Place
Stayed here for two nights. I overall enjoyed my stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the hotel it self is peaceful. My ONLY complain was my TV was not connected to the internet and there was no instruction or channel guide. Not a big deal as I wasn't in the hotel much.

The manager need to check the people in front desk , some of them they was rude and had attitude just because i ask for extra pillows and ice and the other get mad because i ask for full clean service on my room due to they dont do it for 3 days consecutive. At the last day of my staying it was different boys and girls and they treat me way better. Breakfast is pretty good. The pool was close all the time due to remodeling i guess.

You cannot get your own ice. You have to go to the front desk and ask each time, very annoying. Kitchen was a bit run down. Service to the room was slow.
