Boutique hotel in heart of Rome
Boutique hotel with very personal service. Everything clean and neat. Restrooms completely modern and of a respectable size for an inexpensive accommodation. A short walk from the Metro and in the heart of Rome, which means there are numerous historic sites and good places to eat nearby. Within walking distance of the opera house, which is what brought me there. Staff extremely helpful.

Warm welcome, clean, and great location
Very warm welcome and extremely hospital and understanding of my needs as a traveler. It was a solo travel so I chose a smaller room. It was clean and very organized. I love how they are very considerate of my traveling times and was able to extend me for a little bit just so I can shower before traveling back home. I will definitely come back the next time I am in Rome. PS. I was surprised how near this hotel is to the main train station and the Colloseum!

Lovely little hotel
An absolutely lovely little hotel. The owners were so friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the location, especially for the price. It is a small, boutique style hotel. We will definitely try to stay again if we come back to Rome.

Every property (Hotel) in the area is similar, what sets this hotel apart is the staff; they are nothing short of amazing. The host, Cristina, was a spectacular human being. Accommodating, friendly, helpful, guiding, pleasant are just a few words to describe her. The facility is modern, quiet and quaint with access to numerous dinning establishments, site seeing as well as conveniently located to Roma Termini Train Station. I would highly recommend this Hotel for not only its location, cleanliness, newness but more importantly for the people who run it (Cristina) just an amazing person. Luciano was amazing also!!

Very small, but absolutely clean. Staff is super friendly, they will make you feel home. Be aware that only premium room has spa bath. This is the only hotel in Italy that i found to have USB outlets! That was very handy. Location is also perfect! Overall great place!

The staff were amazing always offering water and coffee. The location was perfect close to most attractions and restaurants. The room and premises were clean and I always felt safe. The reason for the 4 star was the noise. My room faced the main busy road. Even though the website says the rooms are sound proofed this is not the case for rooms facing the main road. There was noise 24/7 from the road. They provided ear plugs, but I cannot wear them as they hurt my ears, so my sleep at night was not restful. I was in room 18. My room also was next to where the cleaning supplies were so there was also noise outside my room from 10 am till 3 pm. I prefer to go out early come back around noon and try to rest then go back out late afternoon. Unfortunately because of the noise outside the room, I was unable to rest. If you like to go out peak times, then this would not be a problem for you. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would in the future ask for a room on a highter floor not facing the busy stree.

I was on a last minutes business travel and found this place amongst all those 500 dollars and above hotels. This is a boutique hotel. Staff members are EXTREMELY friendly and you feel at home. Room was small but very well designed and very functional, with pleasant decors. Location is unbeatable. For under 300 USD at the very heart of Rome, this is a gem. I recommend without reservation. Only note: the room comfortably sleeps 2 adults. If you have a family with kids you may need other options.
