The lobby and elevator carpets are dirty, the room walls are dirty, scrapped and need to be painted. Doors were rusted and damaged in the bottoms. It was warm in the rooms and the a/c didn’t cool it off. The television has antiquated cable services

DISGUSTING

The pictures online looked nothing like actual room. I walked in to curtains hanging off the track, the walls so scuffed and filthy, the floor was sticky and only one light turned on because there were no bulbs. There was so much hair stuck to the shower walls and the floor. We were booked to stay for 2 nights but it was to intolerable so we only stayed the one night and looked to get a refund for the second night due to the disgusting room but the hotel refused. Do not believe these photos posted online. Please see the actual photos attached

Hospitality Greetings+Recommends Could Improve

I stayed (2) separate nights. The first check-in experience was just ok, the front desk assistant was not super friendly. The 2nd stay, the desk attendant checking me in (a female) was definitely not that friendly or attentive. I asked for travel help and she barely let me finish my sentence and told me to take the train even though I wanted to know about Uber or Taxi options. The morning of check out, the attendant (a young male) was super helpful w/ breakfast recommendations and w/ travel options, so he redeemed it for the other to front desk clerks.

Room was dirty, there was a hole in the ceiling in the shower, curtain was broken so it didn't block the light out at night. Most of the staff was nice (especially cleaning ladies) but a couple at the front desk were rude.

Terrible room!

When we entered the room we knew this wasn’t a good hotel. The baseboards were stained from a flood. That was disgusting! The bed was comfortable but couldn’t sleep well because the AC was very loud. The bathroom door was destroyed on the bottom from a possible flood. The walls looked like they haven’t been cleaned or painted in a long time. For $300 a night this had to be the worst hotel I’ve stayed at and I learned my lesson because I’ll stay at Hilton for now on. I thought I would try this hotel because it received good reviews but it was terrible. The front desk staff lack any communication skills. The guy working at night was dressed in a hoodie and sweatpants. Terrible dress code! It seems no one is managing the hotel!
