it was cheap and great space, it was beautiful city and great customer he help alot,we save money on the way to airport ,he told to take on the blue bus much cheaper then the taxi was way more expensive.Hope soon like to come back to Lenin Hostel

The location couldn't be better for the price. The room was basic but charming with a great little balcony overlooking the street with the passeig de gracias side view. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. All in all I was totally satisfied with the experience. Y room had refurbished floor tiles but the original floor tiles looked nice even though they were old.

The Lenin was a clean bed and a clean bathroom. There was nothing fancy and that’s all we wanted. It was priced very well, central, easy transport almost at the door. I’d stay here again.

The overall location of the place was in a very good location with easy access to both metro and bus. Hotel owner were very good and helpful. Room was large enough to accommodate 4 person, although we were only 3 people.

stayed at this Hostel twice... first time was far better that this visit. The room was dank and the only windows opened into a shaft in between buildings so no real air circulation. There is no air conditioning but a fan (noisy) that apparently reduces humidity. there is a mini fridge in the room, but no glass or plastic cup in the bathroom. they supply shampoo in little sleeves that literally has a drop of shampoo. the rooms are tiled - so i assumed clean, but my second morning i showered with a huge cockroach. The image shown was not the room I had -- avoid room (2-1) 3

The best thing about this place is the location! Very nice area within walking distance to most major attractions. Staff was friendly and we were very pleased with the wifi speed and size of the room. Despite the furniture being a little run down, the mattress was surprisingly comfortable although we would have preferred better pillows. And even after daily housekeeping the cleanliness of the room was average, but to be expected given the price we paid. We’d recommend this place if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep/shower without the fancy amenities.

Location was perfect. Staffs were helpful and friendly. But i felt like since the building is so old, it smelled a bit. Also i felt like I was sleeping in a tent on the street because it was so loud outside even though we had the windows closed. I wish they changed up the balcony windows to glass...

The hotel is situated in a very good location but this is all.The room since 19 century ,the cleanless missing,the shower curtain dirty,no hotel towels(seems like been bought from second hand),the sheets and pillowcases grey and unironed. The only good point is the staff and the location.

everything seems to match with my expectation, except the interior is a bit old. the floors have different materials as cover, which is quite inconvenient and a bit hunting to me as i don't wear shoes inside the room.

The location is really good. Not too far from the main attractions and just few minutes walk from metro station. There are lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops around. The staff was very nice and checked us in earlier than supposed to. Its not a 5 star hotel so you get what you pay, but the room was clean and quite nice and just perfect to sleep in it! The only downside was the bad connection of the internet!! Its was really bad, unless you were close to reception or downstairs, i could not get internet. Apart from that everything was fine. I would recommend it !

Hotel is in an excellent central location, is basic, but clean, with spacious rooms. Whereas there are little in the way of facilities, if all you want is a clean room as a base for sightseeing then this is ideal, with all the attractions in walking distance.
