I was on the ground floor. The room was quite large. The moment I entered the building it reeked of pot all throughout the hallways. Front desk staff was kind. The view out my window was of the hvac. It was kind of noisy.

Check in Washington smooth. Arrived at our room and the toilet seat was warm with the fan running, obviously someone had just used it... Went to use the bathtub and had to wash dried blood out first. Have stayed here many times for a quick cheap sleep, this trip was something else

Walls paper thin can here everything in next room and upstairs. Tub was clogged. Burnholes in the bedding. Floor lifting up. Windows didnt lock although there was a stop preventing it to open more than a few inches. Halways stunk like weed. My room smelt like cigarette smoke

Fun location, very clean
We come to Duluth a few times a year, and I’d always passed on this Motel 6 because it seemed to be in a not great location. Turns out the revitalized area has nice restaurants and interesting businesses. A great place for breakfast shares the parking lot. The room and hallways were very clean. Entry was only through the lobby which added to a feeling of security. It’s a great price. We will be back.
