When we checked in minutes before the check in time, stating that check in was at three when we were there about five minutes till. There was a car wash across the street that was quite loud. Totally Unbelievable

I arrived and they had a king standard room, not the handicap room with roll in shower that i reserved. It was upstais and their elevator was not working so there was no way i could get up there. I turned around and drove 4 hours to get home at 11:30 PM
