We had an amazing experience staying here. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious and the private onsen was an added bonus. The shabu shabu dinner was one of the best meals we had on our entire trip and the service from staff was great. Overall I would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Hakone!

This is further out from Hakone than I expected but the hotel is lovely. Itโ€™s a little run down and could do with sprucing up a bit but we enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and the food was lovely. Buses run regularly to attractions in the area from just outside the hotel

Vi var desvรฆrre ikke sรฅ heldige med vejret, sรฅ det spiller noget ind. Snebyger og omkring tre grader. Det er et hyggeligt lille sted. Der er meget mรธrkt trรฆ alle vegne, sรฅ nรฅr vejret ikke var med en kom det til at virke lidt trist og mรธrkt. Bruser/bad er udenfor - og det var ikke lige os i den kulde. Man fรฅr virkelig prรธvet noget japansk mad bรฅde morgen og aften, og personalet var meget sรธde. De kunne dog ikke meget engelsk sรฅ selvom menuen stod pรฅ engelsk kunne vi ikke altid gennemskue hvad der var hvad. Hotellet er nemt at komme til med bus fra stationen, og er et godt udgangspunkt til ture rundt i omrรฅdet.
