Great family stay
The place is super nice. Location can’t be beat. Breakfasts with having kids was so nice and easy. Rooms were super clean and comfortable size. Bedding was also really nice. We used the workout rooms, hot tub, and rented the sauna that is on site from Tin City (highly recommend)! Only complaint was I called ahead and asked for a cot and they said sure no problem we’ll make a note and have it there for you and then when we showed up they said they don’t even offer cots. Made for a cramped stay but made the best of it, just would have been nice to know ahead of time. Otherwise the place was fantastic.

Best Western Tin Wis is very good
We have stayed here 4 times in 5 years for 3 or 4 nights at about the same time of year. Always very friendly and comfortable and having Browns Social House onsite the last 2 years has been a bonus. Also we enjoyed The Shelter restaurant in Tofino for a special night out, and the Wild Pacific Trail nature hike in Ucluelet. Our cocker spaniel loves the beach and having dog friendly rooms means a lot to us. They even supplied dog towels, bowls and biscuits. We plan to be back again next year.

Can't wait to go back!
We were able to check in 3 hours early. After requesting a ground floor room, we were offered one with a kitchenette. Free upgrade! After talking to the maintenance crew, it was suggested it was the manager Destiny who hooked us up. Her smile and vibe was such a great start to the trip and we found ourselves choking back tears after seeing our room.

$240 room comes complete with loud construction...
The room itself was wonderful and the staff were great. Breakfast was amazing! If it weren't for the man with the leaf blower blowing the imaginary leaves outside for about 3 hours and the construction hammers and generators making a ton of noise directly outside of our room for most of my Saturday, I probably would have been able to relax and enjoy my afternoon like I planned... and I also would have left 5 stars.

Although the restaurant staff were amazing, the hotel front desk staff were not friendly, helpful, or attentive. We had to wait for 30 minutes, while the front desk person was on the phone with someone. He did not acknowledge or apologize for making us wait for so long.
