Staff texted me the morning of check in. They were friendly and when we couldn’t figure out how to use the shower they came immediately. Good value, room was big and even provided water and toiletries. Only thing is they charged me tourist tax separately even though on Expedia it says we don’t need to pay it as it is included

Clean and well maintained but room is small, it’s all good. Limited food choices in surrounding area, but there are Toppen and Aeon Shopping Malls and McDonald’s in a 5 mins drive distance. Good choice for short trip.

The king bed was very bouncy so not ideal if sleeping with a partner. You’ll feel every movement. Sheets had some stains. Our room was one with window, could hear the air con compressor at night. Overall ok if u consider this a budget hotel. But we would not stay again. Only good thing is location near the malls and mt austin area

Good for 1 night stay.

Location is good walking distance to massage place, eating places for late night supper, 7-11 , Tesco , Aeon tebrau. Not much to offer at breakfast table. Pillowcase and towel somewhat has some smell. Room was smaller than expected with little walking space. Distance between toilet and bed was just a step away. The glass panel separating the Toilet and the room didn’t offer much privacy.

Not recommended for more than 2persons or 2nights

Hotel looks near to malls on the map but it's not walking-friendly to the malls as there are no proper walkways or traffic lights to the mall so you will have to walk on grass and jaywalk or will still have to grab everywhere. Room is clean but super small and not soundproof. No space to walk or put out our baggage for more than 1 guest in the double room. Walls are super thin, can hear noise very clearly outside (birds, motorcycles, corridor, next room). Due to lack of ventilation (no windows), room has a musky smell. Had to buy our own room fresheners and also extra toiletries (amount given is too limited). Maybe for a cheap stay for 1 person for 1 night might work.
