【よかった点】 ・客室は必要最低のスペースでしたが、清掃が行き届いて快適でした。 ・駅からもかなり近く、とても便利な立地でした。 ・朝食では福島名物が多く並んでいて楽しむことができました。 【悪かった点】 ・エアコンをつけるたびにカビなのか嫌な臭いが部屋に充満し、エアコンの清掃もしてほしいなと思いました。私の部屋だけでなく同じ階に泊まった友人の部屋も同様にエアコンの匂いが酷かったそうです。 ・メンテナンスされていないのか、エアコン稼働中にカタカタと部品のような音がずっとしていて、夜寝ようとしてもうるさすぎて寝付けなかったのが辛かったです。
