Other than the hotel's location and breakfast, there was not much to like about this hotel. We were given an apart room which was in poor condition. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and was old and full of cigarette burn marks. The room was overall dirty, including the bathroom. The shower holder was broken and when the tap was on, it would get dislocated from its place each time. We brought this issues to the attention of hotel management and the only thing they did was to jot them down on a notebook saying that they will attend to them. Nothing was fixed during our 4-night stay. The breakfast was good and people who worked in the breakfast hall was really nice. We wouldn't return to this hotel. Otelin yeri ve kahvaltisindan baska, hotelin begenilecek bi tarafi yoktu malesef. Kaldigimiz apart room kotu bi vaziyetteydi. Cekyat eski, rahatsiz, ve sigara yanigi izleriyle doluydu. Oda ve banyo genel olarak yeterince temiz degildi. Dus bozuktu ve dusu tutan demir her cesmeyi acisimizda yerinden cikiyordu ve yere dusuyordu. Bu problemleri hotel calisanlarina bildirdigimizde, tek yaptiklari sey bi deftere not almak oldu ve orada kaldigimiiz 4 gun boyunca sorunlar cozulmedi. Kahvalti guzeldi ve kahvalti katinda calisanlar cok iyi ve guleryuzluydu. Malesef bizim icin kotu bi tecrubeydi bu hotel.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good,I would like to make one suggestion it would have been good to have extra wardrobe space, it is ok if staying for 1/2days but for a week you need to unpack.

Fiyat performans olarak baktığımız zaman sorun etmeyebilirsiniz fakat mutfağı olmayan bir apart düşünün. Asansör bozuk 3-4 kat asansörle çıkıyorsunuz. Odalar fena değil ama kimse sizinle ilgilenmiyor oda temizliği isterseniz ancak 3-4 ten sonra yapabiliriz diyorlar. Otel odasında bir telefon bile yok resepsiyonla iletişim kurmak neredeyse imkansız. Konum olarak inanılmaz konforlu. Merkezde olması sebebiyle asla araba kullanmak gibi bir derdiniz olmuyor. Eğer odayı sadece uyumak için kullanacaksanız tavsiye ederim ama odada vakit geçirmek isterseniz çok konforlu olduğunu söyleyemeyeceğim.

Güleryüzlü ekip tüm beklentilerimizi karşıladı
Eşimle birlikte deneyimlediğimiz otel Datça merkez konumundadır. Konaklamamızın ilk günü otele öğleden sonra giriş yaptığımız için zaman kaybetmemek için civarda denize girmeyi tercih ettik otel sahibi Emir bey sahilde kullanmamız için kendi yönetmen sandalyelerini bize tahsis etti ve yardımcı oldu. Banyonun duş başlığından kaynaklı olan bir arıza durumu mevcuttu kısa sürede sorunumuz çözüldü ve odamız hemen değiştirildi. Hamza bey ve Emir bey hoş sohbetliydi, ne zaman bizi görseler bir şeye ihtiyacınız var mı diye sordular. Girişte bizi karşılayan Nimet hanım çok hürmetli, saygılı ve sevecen biriydi. Kendisi bize Datça’nın yemek yeme yerleri ve girilecek en güzel denizler hakkında bilgiler verdi ve yardımcı oldu. Akşamları çay, kahve ikramında bulundu. Kahvaltı diğer oda kahvaltı otellere göre patates kızartması, sigara börekleri ve 6 çeşit reçelleri, peynirleriyle gayet yeterliydi. Kahvaltıda servis yapan personeller de arı gibi çalışıyordu.Temizlik konusuna gelirsek odamız çok temizdi, her gün hiç bir talebimiz olmadan havlularımız temizlenmiş bir şekilde odaya giriş yaptık. Bu gerçekten diğer otellerde talebimize rağmen göremediğimiz bir detay.. Otel beklentimizin üzerindeydi. 4,5 yıldızlı bir otel konforu sağladıkları için çok mutlu ayrıldık. Emeklerinden, titizliklerinden ve tüm ekibin güleryüzlü olmasından dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Bizim için keyifli bir deneyimdi seneye görüşmek üzere :)

Zephyros City'de Konaklama Deneyimimiz
Otel Datça'yı hissedebileceğiniz bir konumda ve hizmet çok özenli. Personeli çok canlı, sıcak ve güler yüzlü insanlar. Temizlik ve yiyecek hizmetlerinde çok titiz ve özenlilerdi. Otelde geçirdiğimiz üç gün de olumsuz hiç bir durumla karşılaşmadık. Hatta otel sahibi bir defasında bizi kargı koyuna kadar bıraktı. Datça'ya tekrar geldiğimizde artık otel aramayacağız çünkü yine burada konaklayacağız. Tatilimizi güzelleştirdikleri için kendilerine teşekkür ediyoruz.

Öncelikle otel çalışanlarına güzel iletişimlerinden teşekkür etmek istiyorum. İlk defa Datça'ya gittik ve otelimiz merkezi bir konumdaydı her yere ulaşım çok kolay oldu bizim için. Kumluk plajı hastanealtı plajı vs heryer çok yakındı. Ana cadde üzerinde ve yakın yerlere ulaşım çok kolay. Deluxe odada kaldık balkonumuz büyük ve kullanışlıydı. Oda temiz ve yeniydi sadece havlular için askı yoktu onu da çözdük bir şekilde. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve tatmin edici. Otelin içi dışı sanat kokuyor bütün duvarlarda sanat var. Emekle yapılmış. Girişte leon loungebar var biz oturamadık çok erken çıkıp geç geldik ama çok güzel dizayn edilmiş. Fiyatlar bence Datça'ya göre uygun. Biz mutlu ayrıldık yine tercih ediceğimiz bir otel, şimdiden iyi tatiller :)
