A Nice Stay
Lots of tasty food choices - breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets plus restaurants - Steak House, Asian, Mexican, Italian. No reservations required. Evening shows were disappointing considering it is a higher end resort. Rooms are well appointed but very cool at night. Pool area was OK with rows and rows of chairs/people all packed in to small area.

It's heaven for people who drink a lot. For people who don't, it's not worth the price. Had dirty blankets in the roam with stains on them. However they were good with cleaning the roam every morning. Staff was nice and friendly. Quality of food is pretty bad. Ended up eating outside a lot despite it being all inclusive . Also you can hear everything through the walls. So can't wake up late at all. At night, if there is a party can't sleep because of loud music too.

Do not stay here, there are better all inclusives
We stayed here for 4 nights and it was very disappointing. The food was terrible. The buffet has the same food every day and it was very stale. The pizza was hard a rock, the meats were poor quality and the veggies were rotten. We couldn’t get into any restaurants ever. They don’t take reservations and anytime we walked up they were booked all night, which didn’t make much sense. The room service food was only a few items. The breakfast buffet ended at 11am and the lunch buffet starts back up at 12:30, so there are basically no food options from 11am to 12:30pm every day. My wife got sick from the food on the first night. We asked for help and the staff didn’t believe us. After the first night experience, we tried to get a refund for the remaining 3 nights as we wanted to stay somewhere else, but they denied our request. Every morning we tried to get a spot at the pools, but they were all full. You can’t reserve any seats and people wake up super early to claim spots that they don’t even use. The pool areas are 40% full of people, but 100% of the chairs are taken, everyday. They need a better system for this. The rooms were super stuffy and smelled like sewage. The only way to get rid of the small was to close the door to the bathroom and showers. The entertainment at night were very bad. We have stayed at many all inclusive all over Mexico and we look forward to the shows. These were the worst shows we’ve ever seen. The rooms were a decent size, beds not comfortable.

Great spot for a kidless vacation
We had a great vacation here. The service was amazing and the resort was super clean. The food was decent and little bit above average for a typical all inclusive resort. We would 100% stay here again.

Excellent visit in late January
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very comfortable and the service was great. Food was good. Drinks too! I am never happy that by the time you get to the pool at 9am - 85% of the chairs have towels laying on them. But, that seems to be everywhere... We also visited the 2 sister properties next door. The Palace seemed to be the quietest property -even though there were some children at the property. But - it was the end of January and most kids are in school....

Not the best hotel.
A menos de que se vayan solo a empedar no recomendamos el hotel. Mucho ruido por las noches, bebidas alcohólicas con sabor raro, el colchón súper aguado y solo tendían la cama pero lo demás lo dejaban sin más limpieza. La comida bastante grasosa. They put me in the basement near the service staff room. There was noise all day and all night. There is no elevator and I had to go up and down stairs all day. The food was ok, edible at best. Service is always excellent.

Not worth it…
Would not stay here again. Overall the hotel was not a match for what we were looking for which was a laid back quiet vacation. Most rooms wrap around a large main stage that each night hosts some type of music (e.g Banda, Queen Tribute, Journey, DJ) event for guests until the early hours of the morning. Then the cleaning staff starts their shift around 6:30am and they were loudly singing in the hallways that echo. The building is made of cinder block so you can hear everything. It is convenient to have food included but we got food poisoning our second to last day. Pools were nice and for the most part pretty quiet but if you’re not up by 8 or 9 you’ll have trouble finding a seat. Amazingly, they only had dos XXs and coors light. We were disappointed that in Mexico there weren’t more options for Mexican beer. They are clearly catering to a specific audience. It was nice that it was adult only. I think the general vibe of this hotel line is a little too party during spring break. Would have been fun back when we were in our 20s with a group of friends.
