I can't say one bad thing about our stay here. We were welcomed by a friendly and helpful staff that made check in easy and helped with recommendations throughout our stay. Our room was clean and beautiful! I recommend a room with a balcony, that was our favorite part. Great price for the location and room in my opinion!

This hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff are incredible. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and there were many great restaurants nearby. They even provided a very helpful guide for Lisbon prior to our arrival which had some great restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. We would definitely stay there again!

In the heart of old Lisbon, a short walk from the top of a funicular and a lovely lookout, right on the edge of the bairro alto, and a four min walk from a metro stop. Was very grateful for the four escalators to get up from the metro to the station entrance at bairro chiado to largo do chiado. Hotel was clean, modern, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Made great use of it as a home base for exploring Lisbon with the Lisboa card

Hotel is simple and lovely. Comfortable beds. There is no main lounge area in the hotel which was fine, but our room had a table and chairs so that was perfect. The bathroom amenities are basic (no conditioner). But overall, great location on a quiet street that is very close to lots of food, shopping and sights. Would stay again!

Just back from a lovely stay in Lisbon. The property is in a great location for access to bars and restaurants. The staff were helpful and the property was clean and comfortable. The only slight downside was the lack of a wardrobe, the open hanging space got in the way especially as the tea/coffee were in a cupboard opposite. Overall a lovely stay in a great city.
