The staff provided exceptional service; the ladies responsible for housekeeping were always smiling and eager for a friendly chat. They also went above and beyond by arranging taxis and lending us umbrellas on a rainy day. We would love to return to this lovely spot!

Cool vibe hotel

Great stay in a perfect location. The room was spacious, clean and had black out curtains had us sleeping in every day. Upon entering the lobby, the floral fragrance was intoxicating and the background music set the vibe. The staff too were exceptional! Swing by the Michel star restaurant or stop in for a cool cocktail in their trendy rooftop bar. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for a great visit and I'll definitely be recommending L'Escape to family and friends.

Overall kinda mid

The front desk staff was friendly. The check in staff was slightly cold. The hallways had a “signature fragrance” that was very strong. The shower had some lime buildup. The lighting in the room and auto curtains didn’t quite make sense. They were either all on or all off. The carpet was a little grimy but overall the room was relatively clean. There was no Netflix, or any streaming service and the offered Bluetooth speaker also did not work. I was pleased with the fitness center though. Overall kinda mid
