"Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal. We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing. Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Juan."

"This hotel is still my favorite one in the area. Nice, big and clean rooms. Their breakfast is really good. The only part I didn't like was the construction during my stay. "We stayed here 2 times (before and after a side trip to Rapa Nui / Easter Island) and were able to leave excess luggage with the hotel while we were travelling between the 1st and 2nd hotel stays. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet - we booked a Suite - and we ate breakfast outside the hotel. The area around the hotel felt safe and quiet, and the MUT (Mercado Urbana Tobalaba) is walkable and includes a great food court in the basement. "

"I stayed at Icon hotel for five consecutive days during a ski trip to Valle Nevado. The hotel is stunning, comfortable, and very clean. What I loved most was its great location in Santiago. Manquehue Metro Station is about 5-minute walk from the hotel. From there I can ride the Metro line to connect with the pick-up point that heads towards nearby Andes ski centers like Valle Nevado, La Parvati, etc."
