Mostly good but breakfast was hit and miss.
Excellent friendly welcome at reception. Clean comfortable room. Really appreciated the free laundry on site inc free washing powder, a nice touch. Menu seemed overpriced for dinner, probably typical of high end hotels. Breakfast on day one was fine, day two a different story. No sour dough bread, Mexican beans were luke warm poached eggs took an age to arrive and when they did eventually arrive, they were cooked solid. Not sure what to say about a 5 star hotel that can’t get eggs right…..

After a very lacklustre experience at the Sudima in Kaikoura, I was so happy to find that the shortcomings of that property did not manifest themselves at Christchurch City Centre Everything was good, staff super friendly and helpful, room was large, clean, modern and comfortable.

Amazing place yo stay. Very new and has all amenities one would need. Especially loved the firm bed and the pillow menu. We were craving a good night sleep after staying at a few places prior with incredibly soft mattress and can safely say we had out best sleep here. Shame we were only there for 1 night! The staff were super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!
