The room was spacious with a balcony where we could enjoy morning coffee. A king bed and a twin bed was a rare find for a family of free with a young child thank you very much. Walking distance to old town and a lot of café and restaurants. Service was very prompt on anything we needed.

Air condition in room too windy even adjusted the temperature and fan.

The staff were amazing, can't say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone was there. The breakfast meals were delicious and you couldn't ask for more of a spread. Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, my wife did not have any issues with her back as is the case with most beds we have come across while traveling.

This is my fifth hotel. I’ve stayed in in Thailand on this trip alone. And it was my absolute favorite. It is super trendy. The rooms are very spacious and very clean and modern. The area right around the hotel is really trendy and lively, and has lots of options of things to do. I will definitely stay here the next time I come to Chaing Mai and I plan on looking into their other properties because I would choose them anytime I can.

Not sure why this hotel is so highly rated. The layout is nice and the lobby smells good but there were so many amenities issues. The shower water isn’t hot and the arm to hold the removable shower head was broken. The overhead shower arm water was even colder. We were constantly killing bugs in the bathroom. The comforter on the bed was weirdly small. It didn’t even cover the whole mattress. I’m only 165cm and 52kg and my feet stuck out the end and there wasn’t enough blanket to cover me and my friend. Don’t even try to do laundry here. The dryer is so bad it can’t even get a small load dry after 2 cycles. We gave up and went to a laundromat after trying to air dry our still wet clothes for 2 days. The toilet paper also constantly fell off the holder. Alone, these problems wouldn’t have been a big deal, but all together we couldn’t wait to finally leave. I’ve stayed in cheaper 3 star hotels for better.
