We had a great stay here! The owner was very kind and welcoming. The room was very clean. The only inconvenience was that the toilet seat was quite loose. There was a nice cafe right beside the hotel that had great service and coffee for an amazing price. The hotel was walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the train station, and the metro station. Overall a great stay!

The staff was very friendly and kind. They helped me with the metro system and other things including getting a taxi at 6:00 am to take us to the airport. This hotel is not lavish, no lobby to lounge in, coffee or breakfast supplied but it is clean and in a quiet, safe, walkable distance to many attractions. Good shopping and restaurants near by. The bonus is it won’t break the bank and it definitely has it’s own charm.

They scammed me. I showed up during check in hours and the door was locked. I knocked and messaged them and waited close to an hour there and there was still no response. I had to leave and find another hotel as it was getting late they never responded all night or even the next day then they said I was a no show and charged me for three nights and wouldn’t give me the room the next day because they had already booked it out.so I went back the next day and I talked to the reception in person and he promised they would give a refund and were sorry. When I messaged Expedia about it and Expedia emailed them they responded to Expedia saying I never talked to reception and they would not refund me. Do not trust them at all. They continuously lied to Expedia and me.

The owner was magnificent, I stopped at a hotel close by and he took my bag up the sidewalk for me. He checked in whenever he saw me. The safety was incredible for a solo traveler, 2 locked doors before you even got to the room. 10-15 minute walk to Roma Termini, many restaurants and shops nearby.

Wifi was slow and front desk didn't seem to care. front desk is laughable. Entry and exit takes 3 keys after a certain time. No coffee in room. This is a very small "hotel" with only 6 rooms. Expect services to make sense at that scale. There was mold in the shower grout, and the shower doors don't seal. The bed was mediocre, and they didn't even use fitted sheets on the mattress. Just a flat sheet, so I woke up laying directly on the mattress most nights..

Place was really nice, both receptionists were lovely to us. Only downsides were the shower head would fall off when you move the shower at all which then would spray round the whole room and make it wet. We didn’t mention to the hosts although we just didn’t move it for the rest of the stay. Everything else was nice, clean and the location was lovely.
