Pros: the location was great, the staff were really nice, the hot tub was a great way to end a long day, and they held our luggage for us after checkout which was really nice. Cons: there was no free breakfast even though it stated on the booking (which was a huge reason we booked this hotel), the shower leaked and wouldn’t drain properly plus was situated at a bad angle, and the hot tub started leaking. It was not a bad stay for a few nights but I would not want to stay here long term due to showers being hard to take.

Good for quick stay.

Conveniently located by the central train station. There's a lift so that's a plus. The gentleman at the front desk allowed us to store the luggage in our room since we arrived early, the room wasn't clean yet and it was before checkin time anyway. The bathroom shower stall was a bit small and the glass shelf was dilodged which could have easily fell off and unto our feet.

Booked and was very excited to stay in a room with a hot tub and jetted shower but that was not the case. The best thing is the location but Google maps takes you to the wrong place. The hot tub was just a bath tub but it did not work and was dirty and had a mold smell underneath. I have a baby with me so I didn’t feel comfortable washing him in it. The shower was broken and didn’t have any jets but was super high pressured and shot across the bathroom because the head was broken. Toilet flushed and ran for about 3 minutes. Overall, wish I paid less to stay in a nearby hotel instead of that property. Very disappointed.

The photos online are not a good indication of what to expect. The shower in the delux double leaked and would not stay on the wall. Also very tiny. The toilet would stick flushing. There was a gap between the bath and the wall. There were holes in the wall by the air con unit that really wasn’t adequate at all. The bed headboard was covered due to the state it was in. Staff were pleasant but not there often. There was no sign of a breakfast area, and really the ‘guest house’ is just half the 4th floor of a building which photos do not make clear. It was well situated and near the station, but I would not book again as was not what the pictures led us to expect.

Our stay at Amici was better than expected! It was close to the monuments and the train station as we wanted. The room was bigger than we thought it would be. The desk attendant even let us keep our bags behind the counter when we checked out so we could tour the city a little more before leaving. Thank you for a great stay!
