The location of the hotel is excellent, very walkable around Kowloon and the Harbour area. The room was nice but a little small, specially the bathroom. Breakfast was fine. The location and access to the swimming pool is not inviting and needs some updates. Overall is a good hotel.

Concierge staff were helpful. check in staff a bit rushed. Getting from airport to hotel was not straightforward. I had to do some additional research. Hotel shuttle would be nice. Otherwise, the hotel is centrally located, and easy to get on and off metro.
